The 34 year old 5000m and 1000m World and Olympic Champion Mo Farah clocked 7 minutes and 35.5 seconds to win the 3000m at London Anniversary Games ahead of Spain's Adel Mechaal. Farah will be preparing for the 2017 IAAF World Championships which will be held in London from 4 - 13 August.
